Course Overview

This course provides learners with an understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) principles and their importance in creating fair, respectful and high-performing workplaces. Learners will explore protected characteristics, discrimination risks, inclusive behaviours and organisational responsibilities. The course helps organisations strengthen workplace culture, improve employee engagement and meet legal obligations while promoting equal opportunities for all individuals.
