1. Use of the Service

CPDForge provides an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate and manage training course content. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to generate content that:

• Violates laws or regulations
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Promotes illegal or harmful activities

2. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Subscription and Billing

CPDForge operates on a subscription model. Plans may include limits on:

• Course generation
• AI usage
• Platform features

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and may renew automatically unless cancelled.

4. Bring Your Own API Key (BYOK)

Some plans allow users to connect their own AI provider API keys. Users are responsible for:

• Any usage costs associated with their API keys
• Ensuring their keys are valid and authorized

5. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of course content they create using CPDForge. CPDForge retains ownership of the platform software, design, and technology.

6. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or outages may occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

CPDForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPDForge shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Termination, Cancellation & Erasure

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may cancel their subscription at any time.

Cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting your account or erasing your data. When you cancel, billing stops but your account and data remain, and any credentials you have earned stay publicly verifiable. To have your account removed or your personal data erased, make a deletion/erasure request via Support; erasure is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Credentials already awarded are not revoked by erasure — they remain verifiable with your personal identity redacted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
