Course Overview

This course provides learners with an understanding of ergonomics and how the design of the workplace, equipment and tasks affects worker health and performance. Learners will explore musculoskeletal risk factors, display screen equipment requirements, workstation design, task analysis and the application of ergonomic principles to manual handling and repetitive work. The course supports compliance with DSE and manual handling regulations.
