The six of us come from very different backgrounds — art and design, software, compliance and governance, mechanical engineering, and mathematics. We met the way many good ideas begin: around a table, complaining about the same problem.
The problem wasn’t simply that e-learning was poor. It was that nobody seemed to have a reliable way of knowing whether training was actually any good. We’d watched organisations spend weeks creating training that became outdated within months. We’d seen AI course builders generate polished-looking content in seconds, only for that content to cite the wrong standards, test the wrong things, and drift further from reality every time regulations changed.
The question that mattered most was rarely answered: who is responsible for this training, how do we know it’s correct, and how do we prove it?
