Course Overview

This course provides learners with an understanding of occupational health and the range of health conditions that can be caused or made worse by work. Learners will explore common occupational illnesses including musculoskeletal disorders, occupational lung disease, skin conditions, noise-induced hearing loss and stress-related illness. The course promotes early reporting, health surveillance and the prevention of work-related ill health.
