Course Overview

This course provides learners with a practical understanding of the 8 Disciplines (8D) problem-solving methodology and how to apply it to investigate and resolve significant quality problems. Learners will explore each discipline from team formation through to preventing recurrence, with emphasis on containment, root cause analysis, corrective action verification and lessons learned. The course is suitable for quality engineers, production managers and improvement teams.
