Course Overview

This course provides learners with an understanding of A3 thinking and the A3 problem-solving process as used in lean organisations. Learners will explore the structure of the A3 report, the thinking discipline it represents, how to use A3s for improvement projects and proposals, and how A3 thinking develops problem-solving capability at all levels. The course is suitable for lean practitioners, managers and improvement teams.
