Course Overview

This course provides learners with a practical understanding of workplace accident reporting and the legal requirements associated with RIDDOR. Learners will explore why incidents must be reported, how investigations support organisational learning and which incidents require formal notification to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). The course also examines near misses, dangerous occurrences and occupational diseases, helping organisations strengthen their incident management processes and improve safety performance.
