Course Overview

This course provides learners with an understanding of bribery and corruption risks and the controls organisations use to prevent unlawful conduct. Learners will explore bribery offences, facilitation payments, third-party risks, gifts and hospitality concerns and organisational responsibilities under anti-bribery legislation. The course promotes ethical decision-making and supports compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
