Course Overview

This course provides learners with an understanding of board governance and the behaviours and structures that support effective board performance. Learners will explore board composition, committee structures, board evaluation, director duties, information requirements and the relationship between the board and executive management. The course is suitable for board members, non-executive directors and those supporting board governance.
