Course Overview

This course provides learners with an understanding of bullying and harassment in the workplace and the impact such behaviours can have on individuals and organisations. Learners will explore unacceptable conduct, reporting procedures and strategies for promoting respectful workplace relationships. The course supports positive workplace culture and helps reduce legal, reputational and employee wellbeing risks.
