Course Overview

This course provides learners with an understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and the responsibilities placed on each duty holder. Learners will explore when CDM applies, the roles of client, principal designer, principal contractor and contractor, notification requirements, the health and safety file and pre-construction information. The course is suitable for anyone involved in construction projects.
