Course Overview

This course provides learners with the knowledge required to safely use display screen equipment and establish an ergonomically sound workstation. Learners will explore the health risks associated with poor workstation design, including musculoskeletal disorders, eye strain, fatigue and discomfort. The course covers workstation assessments, posture, equipment positioning and practical measures that can improve comfort and wellbeing for office-based, hybrid and remote workers.
