This course provides learners with a practical understanding of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and how to apply it to identify, assess and mitigate potential failures in processes and products. Learners will explore the FMEA methodology, risk priority number calculation, control measures, action planning and the distinction between design and process FMEAs. The course is suitable for quality engineers, design teams and process improvement professionals.
