This course introduces learners to workplace first aid arrangements and explains the importance of rapid and effective emergency response. Learners will gain an understanding of first aid provision requirements, the roles of first aiders and appointed persons, and the procedures that should be followed when incidents occur. The course focuses on awareness rather than practical treatment skills, helping employees understand how to obtain assistance and support casualty welfare during emergencies.
