Course Overview

This course provides learners with an awareness of green skills and how the transition to a net zero economy is creating new skill requirements across all sectors. Learners will explore the green jobs landscape, green skills definitions, the skills gap challenge, reskilling and upskilling pathways and the role of individuals, employers and government in building green capability. The course is suitable for all employees, HR professionals and learning and development practitioners.
