Course Overview

This course provides learners with an understanding of human rights due diligence and the legal and ethical obligations on businesses to identify and address human rights risks. Learners will explore the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, mandatory human rights due diligence legislation, supply chain risk assessment, remedy mechanisms and reporting obligations. The course is suitable for compliance professionals, procurement teams and ESG managers.
