Course Overview

This course provides learners with an understanding of inclusive leadership and the behaviours, mindsets and practices that enable leaders to create environments where everyone can contribute fully. Learners will explore the business case for inclusion, unconscious bias, inclusive team practices, allyship, psychological safety and the leader's role in embedding inclusion in team culture. The course is suitable for all people managers.
