This course provides learners with an understanding of intellectual property and the main categories of IP rights relevant to businesses. Learners will explore copyright, trade marks, patents, design rights and confidential information, and understand both how to protect organisational IP and how to avoid infringing the IP of others. The course is suitable for all employees, particularly those in creative, technical and commercial roles.
