Course Overview

This course provides learners with a Yellow Belt level understanding of Lean Six Sigma and the core tools used in improvement projects. Learners will explore the DMAIC methodology, basic data analysis tools, process mapping, root cause analysis and control charts. The course equips participants to contribute effectively to improvement projects led by Green and Black Belts.
