Course Overview

This course provides learners with an understanding of learning and development and the processes used to design, deliver and evaluate workplace learning solutions. Learners will explore learning needs analysis, instructional design principles, adult learning theory, delivery methods, digital learning and the evaluation of training effectiveness. The course is suitable for L&D practitioners, HR professionals and managers with training responsibilities.
