Course Overview

This course provides learners with an understanding of operational excellence and the frameworks, tools and mindsets organisations use to achieve sustainable high performance. Learners will explore the operational excellence landscape including lean, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management and the shingo model, and understand how to assess and develop an operational excellence programme. The course is suitable for leaders, managers and improvement professionals.
