Course Overview

This course provides learners with an understanding of sexual harassment, inappropriate workplace conduct and employer responsibilities for prevention. Learners will explore unacceptable behaviours, reporting procedures, bystander intervention and the legal obligations placed upon organisations. The course supports organisations in meeting their duty to take proactive steps to prevent sexual harassment and promote a respectful workplace culture.
