Course Overview

This course provides learners with an understanding of privacy by design and privacy by default principles and their application in organisational contexts. Learners will explore the seven foundational principles of privacy by design, data minimisation, purpose limitation, data protection impact assessments and the role of the data protection officer. The course supports compliance with UK GDPR Article 25 and ICO guidance.
