This course provides learners with an understanding of psychological safety and its critical role in team performance, innovation and wellbeing. Learners will explore Amy Edmondson's research on psychological safety, the four stages of team psychological safety, leadership behaviours that build or undermine safety, and practical strategies for creating more inclusive and open team cultures.
