This course provides learners with an understanding of quality planning and the structured approaches used to plan quality into products and processes from the design stage. Learners will explore Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), control plans and quality management plans. The course is suitable for quality engineers, product development teams and quality managers in manufacturing and engineering environments.
