Course Overview

This course provides learners with an understanding of safeguarding responsibilities relating to children and young people. Learners will explore safeguarding principles, indicators of abuse, reporting procedures and professional responsibilities. The course supports organisations working with children by helping learners recognise concerns early, respond appropriately and contribute to safe environments where children can thrive.
