This course provides learners with an understanding of safer recruitment principles and the controls required when recruiting individuals into positions of trust. Learners will explore safeguarding responsibilities, pre-employment screening, suitability assessments and safer hiring procedures. The course supports organisations in reducing safeguarding risks and protecting vulnerable individuals.
