Course Overview

This course provides learners with an understanding of safety culture, its components and its influence on safety performance. Learners will explore the characteristics of positive and negative safety cultures, the safety culture maturity model, leadership behaviours, worker engagement and the role of systems and processes in supporting cultural change. The course is suitable for anyone with responsibility for safety management.
