Course Overview

This course provides learners with a practical understanding of value stream mapping and its application to identifying and eliminating waste in processes. Learners will explore current state and future state mapping, value-added versus non-value-added activities, waste identification using the eight wastes of lean, and improvement planning. The course is suitable for lean practitioners, quality professionals and improvement teams.
