Course Overview

This course provides learners with an understanding of workplace wellbeing and the organisational and individual strategies used to support employee health, happiness and productivity. Learners will explore the dimensions of wellbeing, the business case, mental health awareness, physical health promotion, financial wellbeing and the manager's role in supporting wellbeing. The course is suitable for managers, HR professionals and anyone with wellbeing responsibilities.
